Once you book her services, you will have a conversation with your midwife or OB so they know to save the placenta following your delivery. You will tell Sarah your planned place of delivery and have her alerted once you have your baby.
She uses the traditional steamed method to create placenta capsules, giving you anywhere between 80-120 capsules. Then, she’ll quickly get these back to you with an additional cord keepsake. You will also receive a guide to walk you through everything you need to know for taking the capsules. While Sarah is more than happy to handle the pick-up and drop-off, she offers discounts for the clients who have someone else take care of this step.
