I remember how overwhelming and busy the first days with a new baby can be, and so it’s my joy to make the session relaxed and easy, all while creating beautiful art. I guide you beforehand with everything you need to know regarding wardrobe, and hair and makeup is available for mom to make her feel and look her best. We photograph these session either in home or in studio, and I have lots of neutral colored swaddles and blankets that we will use for baby.

During your session, we will let baby (and big siblings) be our guide. If we need to pause for snuggles, eating, or a change, we do that. I’ll guide your family into natural posing that will get you interacting and will allow me to capture both classic portraits as well as all of the sweet in between moments. It’s a precious time to just enjoy being together and be filled with wonder and joy at this new gift of a baby. 

After your session, I will curate and edit a selection of your best images. You’ll have the option of choosing from collections that include digital images, albums, and wall art. I’ll initiate creating these heirloom pieces for you, ensuring that your images won’t just be lost in the cloud or gathering dust on a hard drive forever.
